Processing & Baking Times

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Fresh Bake Schedule: Orders placed over the weekend are prepared and shipped on the following Monday to prevent packages from sitting in warm courier transit facilities over the weekend.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Ground Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders over 200AED (or your local currency equivalent).

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt blend contains real cacao chunks. During summer months, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery so the package does not sit in direct sunlight.
